short and sweet.
woke up. went to school. got stuck in traffic on bronson. took at least SEVEN lights before we could even turn left into campus...at least 4 before we even got into the stinkin' turning lane, so i was at least a good 20 min late for class. grr. zipped outta class when it was done and went home to eat some lunch and cram. napped. crammed some more. went back to school for my midterm. it went okay, i think. in any case, it's only worth 10% of my final mark, which is piddly for a so-called midterm! john so kindly picked me up after class, and we had a whole ton of time to kill. john forgot the pics again, so we went to his place to get them. we ended up driving around rockliffe looking for the stupid pond, which i've never been able to find. we still didn't find it today, but oh well. we took a nice little driving tour all around rockliffe (looking for the pond and john showing me his old house), and yeah. we drove around and around and around and only managed to kill about an hour, but then we went to get norm and go to the pump for our usual wednesday night gathering. we'd had it with wings, so we got other stuff instead. normie had a burger and john and i both had a grilled veggies on foccacia bread, which was fairly yummy. i gave john, normie, patty, and bunny their presents, which was a turkey of sorts. see, on friday, john saw my hand and his first sentence was, "wow! that's a BIG turkey!" to which everyone was like, "are you on crack??" but what he meant was that when we were kids, we traced our hands on red, orange, and yellow paper and put them together like a turkey butt. stick a head and a body on it and you've got a pretty turkey! so i made them each a "big" turkey with john's little quote on the back. the turkeys (turkies?) were actually very cute, if i do say so myself! we left, with the intention of studying, but since i'm gonna be up laaaaaate tonight, we ended up going to timmy's for some french vanilla cappucino. and on the way home, something was funny but i can't remember what now. it was funny/interesting enough that i remember telling john that i was going to blog about it, but i now do not have the slightest clue what it was.

i hope this was sweet, but it certainly wasn't too short. time to cram. hope the french vanilla kicks in soon......
