what a day! work, home, and then went out to meet eric around 8ish. we ended up going to pure gelato, which was ever-so-yummy! chatted for a bit, then went for a walk down elgin. ran into normanie (that's what you get for complaining!), but he was on his way to starbucks to kill some time. so we walked to lisgar cuz eric wanted to see the legend of lisgar, and then we walked back to gladstone along the canal. walked along some street for about 5 blocks, and eric admired the houses the whole way back to elgin. i guess that's what i get for walking around with an architect.
so that was that, and then i met up with the boys at lieutenant's pump. i tied the previous record of being outnumbered 7:1. normonton made some interesting remarks which were worthy of noting as "quotes of the day" but probably not too appropriate for posting up. went to pure gelato (again) and then back to oh so good, for lack of any better place to go. abe almost set a record for how many service-people he could tick off in one night. dave nearly keeled over from inhaling some potent chemicals earlier today.

and i'm about to keel over from being tired. what an entertaining evening.
