for the first time since i can remember, i am handing in an assignment late. is this my first late assignment ever? wow, a milestone to be noted. i am the biggest procrastinator ever. a pox on spider solitaire, wordworm, and msn. actually, scratch msn, i had some great conversations on msn tonight - well worth putting off the time on my papers.
i talked to adrian (2) a while ago, one of the most opposite-of-me people i know. on the myers-brigg scale, he's totally reversed from me (which didn't surprise me in the least when we got our results). i enjoy talking to him about life and the future. we have such different perspectives. it used to get my goat sometimes, but i've come to accept that that is who he is, and this is who i am. i appreciate him for it, and vice versa. i'm glad things didn't work out between us, we would've driven each other nuts with our completely opposite thinking and way of doing things. the nice thing is that sometimes when we catch up, we get to see the world from the other viewpoint. i get a taste of what being an SJ is like, and i guess he gets the FP. for me, being an SJ would be cold and icy. i guess for him, being an FP is being too much of a softie. oh well, i know we'll be friends 'til the end, so ...yeah. i really don't have a point here.
it is almost 5:30 am and i am still awake. thanks go out to poopy, david, fred, and wei. the boys went out for coffee, so i said if they were going to timmy's, could they get me a large french vanilla. they had actually gone to mc d's, but then they went halfway around town (if not more), not able to find any 24 h timmy's. they ended up buying me a coffee from like, baseline & merivale. crazy nuts, i didn't need a coffee THAT badly! but thanks, it's a neat little story to tell, and the coffee is much appreciated. altho i think chung got the caffeinated end of it..."underwear!!!"
quote of the day: pick yourself up and dust yourself off. you're too good to be sittin' in the dirt.
