what do you do if you know someone's mad at you? would you go up to them and ask them straight up what's wrong? or would you just wait until they tell you just why they're mad at you? just a thought.
so i woke up to call in sick today, then went back to sleep until a glorious 2pm. i mostly diddled around the basement until sonja called and we decided to rent a movie and eat ice cream. lots and lots of yummy ice cream. so we rounded up the gang, and eventually, it was me, sonja, ben, josh, and eric at son's. we chilled in sonja's super-cool room for a while...i dunno what the boys were doing, but sonja and i were busy making super fun drawings on the underside of her bed. don't ask. then we made crazy ice cream concoctions.... strawberry & banana, canteloupe, strawberry daiquiri & orange juice, and whatever else... we didn't even get to use the oreo's!
the boys rented ali, and eric brought shawshank redemption and some anime movies. the general concensus was for ali, so we watched that. but before popping it in, sonja found my MIB1 tape. so we forced the boys to relive our wonderful mission trip. it was a nice trip down the lane of memories. anyway, we finally got to ali, and man, it was long. really slow-paced, but whatever. eric napped thru almost the whole movie! we finally finished the movie around like, 12:30 and then went home. ben was gonna drop me off at baseline cuz i said i could take the bus from there (rather far for him to drive me all the way home since he lives in farrhaven), but since it was about 1am, he was nice enough to drive me all the way home. thanks ben!! : )
i think that was basically all there was to today. not much else exciting, except that sonja is the coolest. yay!
i also msn'ed normie and john tonight. normie is super cool too. i luv normie! john's sweet, always trying to make me laugh...teehee!
hunney was also on msn. from HK....yay!! for those that haven't noticed, there's now a link to his blog (note the similarities to MY template), however, his brain picture is quite original. i'd say that i miss you, altho since i never see you, i suppose you being 5 hours time diff away and now 12 hours time diff away should make no difference in how much i miss you. such random thoughts.
okay, bedtime, lest i call in sick again tomorrow. i could've bought half a book with the hours that i didn't work today!! doh.
