I've come to the conclusion that I have no life on my own anymore. :( So John's family has gone to Orillia for the weekend, and I had some errands to run which I thought would keep me busy, but alas, I was sitting at home last night with NOTHING to do. Luckily Joelle's husband had left her for a computer game, so we went out for a drink and then went to her house to see her new puppy. He's a total cutie!!

So it's somewhat the end of...something. Another chapter in life, I suppose? Dear old Phillip is leaving the UK tomorrow. He has found a job in Korea (that's obviously South Korea for those that don't know any better) and so he's up and leaving for a year. I suppose it's hard for me to be sad that he's leaving since it's not like he lives around the corner anyway. It just means that he moves yet another 7 times zones over. In fact, it might actually be easier to call him this way, since I always thought the 5-hour time difference was a pain. I'd either have to stay up until 2 or 3am to call just to wake ppl up, or try to come home asap from work to call before ppl go to sleep. I called Phill last night at 2:30am and woke him up, hehehe.
So, cheers to Phill for landing a good job at a reputable school in the city that he wanted. Take care of yourself and don't eat too much kimchi - it's been suspected to cause ulcers!! One more thing, stay away from what look like juice boxes...could be soju! ;)
