So here I thought waking up in the middle of the night to pee was the worst possible thing... I woke up at about 4:30am and had to pee. When I went back to bed, it was hard for me to get back to sleep. I blogged a few weeks ago about our fantastic fishing adventure, but I think I forgot to mention that we had a lot of frogs left over, and we ended up keeping them just because they're different! They're quite fun to watch when we feed them crickets! Anyway, I listened to the frogs for a little bit, and I heard one hop around. The hop sounded strangely close, but I thought it was just because the tank is so close to my head. About 2 minutes later, I felt something hop into my hair....

I was SO startled that I jumped up and yelled "THERE'S A FROG IN MY HAIR!!!" John quickly caught it in his hand, tossed it back into the tank, and went back to sleep. Easy for HIM to fall asleep - it wasn't HIS head that a frog was making itself comfortable in!! So I stayed up to do some work, and went back to sleep at 7am. Ahh...the adventures of Zet.....

Life is just bustling... Working at National School of Languages is a completely different experience. First of all, they are either disorganized, or just have bad communication. I thought I was teaching Intermediate in the morning and Fluency in the afternoon, but when I got there, I found it was actually the reverse. I overprepared for one class and underprepared for the other. Not only that, but then I ended up with both classes at one point, because the other teacher had to leave. Very odd... Apparently I wasn't properly informed (no kidding).

Now that I finally have a day to do stuff, at least, before I go off to class tonight, I have a huge to-do list to finish off, including 3 loads of laundry. :( Aiya....

In any case, Clara is in Korea teaching English. Like I've said, seems like the place to be these days... She's started a blog about her experiences. Is anyone out there able to read Russian (or, potentially Bulgarian or any other Cyrillic language)?? Help her out, will ya?
